I began my spiritual journey in late 2018 after experiencing a period of profound loss that changed the course of my life. What started as a deeply personal search for connection led me to mediumship as a way of staying connected with the beyond. That doorway opened into a much broader path of healing and discovery through Reiki, Shamanism, Yoga Teacher Training, and an ever-evolving exploration of my intuitive gifts.

Today, I teach mediumship and intuitive development with a grounded, practical approach. I love taking spiritual concepts that can feel abstract or overwhelming and translating them into something relatable, accessible, and useful in everyday life. Practical uses for spiritual concepts are important to me, and if they aren’t meant to help everyday life - what are you practicing for?

I am especially passionate about challenging the stereotypes surrounding spirituality and what it is supposed to look, sound, or feel like. In my experience, true spiritual practice is found in the ordinary moments: the conversations we have, the challenges we navigate, and the quiet choices we make each day. When we bring awareness to the mundane, life itself becomes extraordinary.

As an artist and creative, I am constantly exploring new ways to teach mediumship beyond rigid rules and limitations. My goal is never to help students simply get a "yes" or "no" from Spirit. I find that incorporating your own unique creative flair and frame of reference allows for a richer, fuller experience in connection with Spirit! Thus inviting you into a living relationship with the unseen world, encouraging you to explore the magic of your unique gifts, the remarkable intelligence of your intuition, and the quiet wonder woven throughout the Universe.

At the end of the day, my hope is that my work will help to impact others beyond self-imposed limitations and recognize that their intuitive abilities were never missing, only waiting to be trusted!

When I'm not teaching or creating, you'll usually find me wandering the forests of the Pacific Northwest, painting whimsical creations at my easel, dancing, and dreaming up new ways to inspire others through art, spirituality, and a good laugh or two.
